We have bought 2 electric scooters as Christmas present to ourselves. Delivered in time, but unfortunately one of them was very damaged. The other one was perfect. We contacted after sales, the first solution they offered was a new rear light. Off course not acceptable for us. We agreed to send the package back (to big, but they arranged a pickup). It took a lot of mails, but finally we received a fresh new one. Due to Christmas, new year, chinese new year it took almost a month to replace it, but now we are very happy. During the time Geek buying replied always to our emails, and that is good after sales.

This time I bought electric height adjustable desk frame. I have an old wooden board that I have sanded and then screwed on this frame and the table turned out great.
I have bought from Geekbying before and have always been satisfied so far.

I received my product from Poland, so no import taxes. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning but it was reliable and valid experience. The product was as expected.

My family is regular customers on Geeekbuying web shop. Prices and service is one of the best and I wish all web shops are like Geeekbuying. It is more then 5 years since I have started ordering on Geeekbuying and I had no problems. Items are always as described and shipping is quick and safe. In case of problems with shipping companies GB always fixs problems. I have only good words for overall service.

As long as the product works, it is ok. But as soon as it has a problem or the product is defect, they will play with you more than a month, asking multiple times the same questions even if you asnwrr it, they will ask again. Their goal ? Gain time and try to make you tired. But if you stick to the conversation, they will co vince you to accept some money (never accept!) or invite you to pay to get back the machine (never accept). They finaly got back their machine by sendibg return label and gave my money back after 2 months, complaint to paypal and complain to my bank

Dont buy to those scammers.

I have placed several orders, and all of them were successful.
One item came out defective and the after sales service solved the problem for me.
